Shipping

How fast do orders ship?
Capsule supplies and prizes ship same-day if your order is placed before 1pm PT, Monday–Friday. Orders after that ship the next business day. Most lower-48 destinations arrive in 2–5 business days via standard ground.

Where do orders ship from?
Our warehouse at 1841 S Irwin St. We don't drop-ship from China — everything we sell is held in US inventory.

How are claw machines shipped?
Mini claw machines ship LTL freight (truck) because of their size and weight. We quote actual freight cost based on your zip code. No padding, no surprise fees. Typical lower-48 freight runs $150–$300 per machine, with discounts on multi-unit orders.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We ship within the lower 48 US states. Email us if you're in Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada and we'll work something out.

Returns

What's your return policy?
30 days for unopened consumables (capsules, plush, balls, figurines). We'll refund the product cost minus return shipping. We do not accept returns on opened bulk packs — the packaging is part of the value.

What about claw machines?
Claw machines have a 14-day inspection window from delivery. If the unit arrives damaged or non-functional, contact us within 14 days and we'll cover return freight + send a replacement or issue a full refund. After 14 days, the manufacturer warranty applies.

Manufacturer warranty on machines?
90 days on mechanical and electrical components. Wear items (claws, springs, light bulbs, coin mechs) are not covered after the inspection window but are inexpensive to replace — we sell parts.

Bulk orders & operators

I run a route. Do you offer operator pricing?
Yes. See our Bulk Pricing & Operator Inquiry page. Volume tiers start at $500 orders.

Can I get net terms?
Available for verified operators with 3+ months of order history. Email us with your business details to apply.

Do you offer drop shipping or white label?
Not currently.

Product safety

Are your toys CPSIA-compliant?
All toys we sell that are intended for children under 12 ship with current CPSIA test certificates available on request. We require these from every supplier before listing a product.

Are the plush licensed characters?
No. Everything we sell is generic, non-licensed design. We don't sell counterfeit Pokémon, Disney, or any licensed IP — safer for you, safer for us.

Are claw machines UL/ETL listed?
Listing varies by model. Listings are noted on each product page. If you're placing machines in malls or insured commercial venues, look for UL- or ETL-listed units.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards via Shopify Payments. Apple Pay and Shop Pay at checkout. Shop Pay Installments available on orders $50–$17,500. Net terms available for qualified operators.
