Estes Toys is a vending supply company built for the people who actually run routes. We stock capsule toys, mini claw machines, prizes, parts, and the boring-but-essential supplies that keep machines earning every day.

Why we exist

If you've ordered from the big vending suppliers before, you know the drill. Spec-sheet product pages with no math. "Call for pricing" walls instead of real numbers. Plush packs that don't actually fit standard claw chambers. Bouncy ball assortments that show up half the colors your competitor's machine had last week.

We started Estes Toys to fix that. Every product page shows the per-vend math. Every case pack lists the exact unit count. Every plush we sell has been chamber-tested in real machines. And the prices are on the page, not behind a quote form.

What we sell

  • Capsule toys & refills — bouncy balls, mini figurines, sticky toys, novelties. Case packs from 250ct to 2000ct.
  • Mini claw machines — commercial-grade combo cabinets that pair a coin-operated crane with an integrated capsule vendor.
  • Plush & claw prizes — 4–6 inch plush sized to grab cleanly with any standard claw mechanism.
  • Empty capsules — 1" and 2" shells in multiple colors for self-fill operators.
  • Coming soon — countertop gumball machines, floor stand racks, replacement parts, and route operator supplies.

How we ship

Most orders ship same-day from our 1841 S Irwin St warehouse if placed before 1pm PT. Capsule supplies ship via standard ground — usually 2–5 business days anywhere in the lower 48. Claw machines ship LTL freight; we'll quote the actual rate based on your zip code, no padding.
